The National Consortium for Health Systems Development (NCHSD) is a technical assistance partnership providing flexible, state-tailored technical assistance for Medicaid Infrastructure Grant (MIG) projects across the country. These CMS-funded state projects are developing comprehensive health and workforce service systems for people with disabilities who want to work. Serving people with disabilities, providers, state agencies, research institutes, advocates and businesses, NCHSD is a project of Health & Disability Advocates (HDA).

Multi-State Integrated Data Analysis Proposal - Fall 2008
This is a proposal submitted by a group of twenty-one MIGs for a state-specific integrated data analysis, in response to the RFP process coordinated by MIG-RATs. The proposal requests a descriptive analysis of the integrated data on Medicaid Buy-In enrollees in each of the participating states, including enrollee characteristics, enrollment patterns, MBI expenditures and enrollee earnings.
