Abstract: This report is the third in a series of reports that chronicle the journeys of a small number of people with disabilities in Connecticut as they seek to improve their employment situations. This four-year qualitative research study, known as "Pathways to Employment," is a project of Connect-Ability, Connecticut's technical assistance center designed to bring together employers and people with disabilities by removing barriers to employment.
