The assessment was carried out by the University of Connecticut Health Center (UCHC) under contract to the Connect to Work Center and encompassed a multipronged approach to contact people with disabilities, employers, and service providers throughout Connecticut to assess their experiences, attitudes, and observations about employment for persons with disabilities. Minnesota Comprehensive Employment Systems Environmental Assessment Final Report

Abstract: This report presents the findings from 38 individual interviews and ten focus groups conducted to assess issues pertaining to employment for people with disabilities in Minnesota. More than 100 individuals, including people with disabilities (of all ages and types of disabilities), direct service providers, government officials, advocates, business leaders and community leaders knowledgeable about employment for people with disabilities participated in the study. The report was conducted in support of the strategic planning undertaken by the Minnesota CES MIG.
